Headings reduce scanning time and make it easier to notice missing or unclear details. They also keep task-oriented content separate from background notes. The formatting itself should not create new facts. If a rough note does not clearly match a heading, keep it under unsorted notes for review.
Use fictional or permitted de-identified examples when practicing. If you are preparing text for class, orientation, or workflow review, remove identifiers and check policy before sharing. Automated formatting can help organization, but the user remains responsible for accuracy and privacy review.
