Healthcare student study workflow guide
A simple local workflow can turn messy class notes into terminology lists, study sheets, mnemonics, and flashcard text without accounts or uploads.

Step 1: Clean the source notes
Start by removing extra spaces and normalizing line breaks. Keep the original wording close to the source so you can check it later. If the notes include clinical examples, use fictional or permitted de-identified text for study aids and screenshots.
Step 2: Split by study purpose
Terminology terms work well as prefix, root, and suffix lists. Definitions work well as flashcards. Longer topics work better as printable study sheets. Medication class notes should stay educational and should avoid dosing or care recommendations unless you are reviewing approved source material.
Step 3: Export locally
Use copyable plain text for broad compatibility, Markdown for note systems, CSV for flashcards, and browser print for review sheets. Local export keeps the formatting step in your browser tab.
